Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Production Begins:

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production has started
  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Contact us immediately at info@vinylsharp.com to request cancellation

After Production Begins:

  • Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Custom vinyl records are made to order and cannot be resold
  • You will be notified when production begins

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Defects in materials or workmanship within 30 days of delivery
  • Wrong Product: If you receive an incorrect product, notify us within 7 days
  • Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence)
  • Audio Quality Issues: Manufacturing defects affecting sound quality

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom orders that meet the agreed specifications
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Items purchased during promotional sales (unless defective)
  • Digital products and services once delivered

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at info@vinylsharp.com within the specified timeframe
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Include photos if the product is damaged or defective
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  5. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refund approval: 2-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days
  • Bank/card credit: 7-10 business days (varies by financial institution)

6. Return Shipping

Defective/Wrong Products: We cover return shipping costs

Customer Error: Customer bears the return shipping cost

Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:

  • Request a refund for the original order
  • Place a new order for the desired product
  • This ensures accurate inventory and pricing

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Product has minor defects that don't affect functionality
  • Product is returned without original packaging
  • A mutually agreed resolution requires a partial credit
